Diver Medical

Before going on any SCUBA Diving Courses or Trips all divers must complete the medical questionnaire.

If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of these questions then you will need to have a check-up with a doctor to be cleared fit for diving.

This is for the health and safety of you, our staff and other divers and for insurance purposes.
