Cancellations

Changes or Cancellations by Guest

If you need to make changes to our booking arrangements or cancel your trip or course please let us know as soon as possible.

Full or partial refunds can be considered if we are notified before 5:00 PM the previous day, depending on the booking situation / trip or course booked.

Please note there are no refunds for any last-minute cancellations.

No refunds if you don’t arrive at the pick-up / meeting point at the scheduled time.

Prior to your trip consider taking travel insurance that covers cancellations. Then contact your travel insurance for refund claims, we will provide receipts if needed.

If you cannot make all the dives during your trip for any reason, we cannot refund partial dive trips.

Changes or Cancellations by Local Diving Krabi

Cancellation of the trip by decision of Local Diving Krabi, due to weather etc

If it is not possible to run the trip at all, we will give a full refund.

We will try to organise another dive site or reschedule the trip if possible.

Course Materials

Once a diving student has activated their eLearning material, the paid deposit is non-refundable.
